- Will my data move with me when paid plans launch?
- Yes. We migrate every existing community to the corresponding plan automatically. You don't re-enter anything and you decide whether to continue.
- Is there a free trial for property managers?
- The entire platform is free during the public beta, which is effectively an open trial. When pricing launches, the first community in a property manager's portfolio is on a free tier so you can keep evaluating with real data.
- Are there any per-vote, per-document or per-meeting fees?
- No. Plans are flat per community per month. Votes, meetings, documents, meter-reading rounds and cost periods are unlimited.
