Create a Community

Set up a new community for your building to discuss and vote on decisions.

Building type

Several owners each hold a unit and vote together on shared matters. Voting, proposals and MEA-weighted shares are enabled. You can adjust these in settings after creating.

Self-administered (Eigenverwaltung)

The community manages itself without a professional property manager. You join as an owner-administrator - you run the community and keep your vote. You can change this in settings later.

How do you label the buildings in your property?

Pick the word your community uses for each physical separation. This drives the label on unit fields, access scope badges, and notifications across the app.

Columns: firstName, lastName, email, memberType, unitBuilding, unitDoor, unitType, shares, isSelf. Optional `# street: …` directives at the top pre-fill the address.
